Recently, a fellow men’s league hockey player in Rochester (Jeff True) had a son that was eight weeks premature. As a result of his premature birth, he endured major health complications which required him to have brain surgery at eight days old. With only a 50% chance, he survived not only the first surgery but three more thereafter. Easton (their son) is now home and doing well, but will likely have ongoing medical issues. Since they were required to stay in the hospital for ten weeks, have multiple surgeries, 24 hour monitoring by medical staff, and will have ongoing medical needs, a benefit has been put together. We have also attached the flyer with more of Easton's story and information regarding the benefit. It would be great if we could get as many people to attend as possible, so please help spread the word!

Here are some important notes about the RAHL:
This league is under the direction of the City Parks and Recreation Department. If you fight you will not be allowed to play in the league. One fight and you are done. If you can’t keep your emotions in check and play clean hockey then you will be removed from the league. Every player needs to get up the next day to go to work or play with their kids. This is not the NHL. One fight and you are done! If your team will not remove you then your team will be done. One fight and you are done. Please pass this on to all players on your team.
