1. When will games be played?

Each team has one game a week. Games are on Friday or Saturday nights.

2. What are the equipment requirements?

Basic equipment including helmet, shin pads, elbow pads, gloves (and skates of course)

3. What is the minimum and maximum players required for a team?

There is no max or min number of players. Games are played 5 vs. 5 and there is a set team fee and not a per player fee.

4. Can women play?

Yes absolutely

5. I am only eighteen. Am i too young?

Nope, 18 is just fine.

6. I registered as an individual. Why haven't I heard anything?

The league is set up for team registration. However, players can register on an “individual” basis if they are not a part of a team. If a player registers on an individual basis then those players will be put into a “free agent” listing and that listing will be sent to all team managers. The team managers can choose players from this list to fill their rosters (if needed). There is no guarantee that players registering individually will be placed on a team. No money is due for individual registrations unless you get picked up by a team in the league. The RAHL is a team registration league.

7. Are there different levels? Can you please describe the level of each league?

There are 2 levels. An "upper" division and a "lower" division

8. I'm moving to the area and would like to play. I have played in years but can still skate good. What level does RAHL play at?

The average experience of most players is HS

9. Is 49 too old?

Not at all.

10. I just moved to the area, how do I register as an individual or sign up to be a free agent?
